  • Check the oil level regularly. It's an easy maintenance task that can save you from expensive car repairs. You can check the dipstick and make sure that the oil level is between the marks indicated on it. If it is not, add more oil into the engine to reach the recommended level on the dipstick.


  • Check your car's coolant and make sure it is complete with coolant or antifreeze at all times to prevent overheating. It would help replace your coolant once every two years or every 24,000 miles.


  • Check your tires regularly. Ensure they are correctly inflated and check for tread wear and signs of dry rot or uneven wear patterns that may indicate misalignment or other issues with your suspension system.


  • Don't forget about the windshield wipers! They need to be replaced every six months because they will eventually wear out from constant use during rainy weather conditions or debris on your windshield, such as bird droppings which can cause scratches when trying to wipe them away.
